Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry to the competition is limited to UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. The membership fee is non refundable (see clause 6). One entry entitles each member to one draw per month and to twelve draws per membership period of one year. Multiple entries are permitted.
3. Entry into the draws will be automatic.
4. Toawema reserves the right to change advertised prizes without prior notice. Should this become necessary then Toawema will ensure that a substitute prize is made available and that this is of the same approximate value as the cancelled prize.
5. Toawema will not share member’s personal details with any third parties without prior permission. Toawema will ensure that all members’ personal details are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Suppliers may require member’s details to authorise presentation of prizes.
6. Toawema reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual without giving reason, provided always that such refusal shall never be given as a consequence of the member's sex, race, disability, religion, age (subject to the member being over the age of 18 years), or sexual orientation. In this circumstance only, the membership fee will be refunded in full.
7. Toawema is not liable to compensate a member in the event of a third party being unable to fulfil their obligations (to Toawema) in supplying a prize. However, in these circumstances Toawema will remain liable to supply the member with an alternative prize.
8. Toawema will strive to ensure that services and goods offered as prizes are of the highest standard, however Toawema does not accept responsibility for goods or services that do not meet expectations. Complaints about services or goods should be addressed to the provider of the prize.
9. Employees and Family members are not eligible to enter.
10. Winners will be contacted by email. The names of all major prizes winners will be posted on the website as follows Mrs Smith – Renfrew - Renfrewshire.
11.Should a prize be returned to Toawema undelivered, we will attempt to contact the winner by email. Failure to respond to the email within one month will result in the prize being forfeited.
12. Names of winners will be randomly generated by computer on the last Thursday of each month at 12:00hrs
13. New members registering after 06.00hrs on the last Thursday of each month will not be eligible for that months draw.
14. Should winners wish to swap their prize with other members they can do so through our website by contacting us.
15. Specific conditions may occasionally apply to a prize. Details will be clearly advertised for that prize.
16. By entering your details on the registration pages, though not proceeding to membership, you are agreeing that toawema may contact you in the future (In compliance with section 5).
